The firm is a standout in the middle-market and is known for its transparency, near-market compensation, relaxed culture, and great work-life balance. The firm does a lot of cross-selling among its Partnership but typically Partners must be able to support half to 3/4th of their practice with their own work. The firm is flexible with regard to practice area for the right candidate. There is also a very low Partner buy-in that does not require a loan. Most attorneys here were former big law attorneys.
